I have over 20 years’ experience in sports, leisure and customer service. I started my career at Coolmine Sports Complex, a sister facility to Tallaght Sports Complex, where I worked in swimming, gymnastics and summer camps.
I hold a BA in Sports Management and Coaching, along with qualifications in Personal Training, Exercise to Music, Sports Massage, Holistic Massage and Reflexology.
I’ve also been practising kickboxing for the past 15 years and in June achieved my black belt with TMA. I really enjoy coaching every week and sharing my passion for the sport with others.
I love working with people, helping them feel welcome and supporting them to enjoy being active. I’m delighted to be part of the team and look forward to welcoming you to the centre!

Starting her career her as a favourite with the smallies in the drop in centre, and ensuring the complex was kept to a high standard of cleanliness. I have been working in the complex since October 2024
I do weekend parties and summer and Easter camps
I enjoy going to the gym and I like swimming in the sea

I am part of the Swimming teaching and Lifeguard team and both of my certificates are awarded by Irish Water Safety.
You would see me at the our Swimming pool lifeguarding for the public or teaching different types of classes from armbands till Lane classes. My favourites are armbands because I help the children by teaching them to swim, but importantly to make them feel safe and have with fun games to help them have an enjoyable time in the water floating with their armbands.
As a swim teacher it is a passion for me to work here because I get to help everyone by giving them all the swimming skills whenever they are new or experience but to improve their Swimming even further and build their self-confidence to feel much more safe and enjoy their new found skill they can keep forever in there lives.
A fun fact about me is that I love to travel the world to see places like Greece and Italy. I love all kinds of music My favourites are Ed Sheeran and David Guetta.
