All Over Body Workout –

Monday 10am and 7pm
Tuesday 8pm
Thursday 6.15pm
Saturday Morning 11am

Active Retired Classes

Monday & Wednesday 12.45 – 1.15 Light exercise to Music

Followed by a Swim 1.15pm – 2pm

Tea/Coffee and a Chat from 2pm – 2.30pm
