Water Aerobics
Tallaght Sports Complex offers fun and effective water aerobics classes for people of all fitness levels. These sessions, which are great for improving cardiovascular fitness and building strength with minimal impact on the joints, take place three times a week. Classes are scheduled on Monday mornings at 10:00 a.m., Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m., and Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. Participants can simply pay as they go, with each class costing €7
