Tallaght Sports Complex offers fun and effective water aerobics classes for people of all fitness levels. These sessions, which are great for improving cardiovascular fitness and building strength with minimal impact on the joints, take place three times a week.

Tallaght Sports Complex offers water aerobics classes at the following times:

  • Monday: 10:00 a.m.
  • Thursday: 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
